Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to final delivery verification.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier databases.
- Coordinate with regional warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt of materials and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stock-outs.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and reliable vendor alternatives.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing performance, expenditure, and supplier compliance.
- Assist in the evaluation and negotiation of vendor contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative logistics support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and basic English.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organized records.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
