Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional procurement strategies to align with overall company goals and manufacturing requirements.
- Manage end-to-end supplier lifecycle, including vetting, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
- Optimize procurement costs through strategic sourcing, vendor consolidation, and volume leverage.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of procurement professionals to ensure high performance and career growth.
- Maintain supply chain continuity by proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks in the procurement process.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to advise management on purchasing decisions.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating high-value contracts and managing large-scale supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics in the Bekasi/West Java region.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is highly preferred.
