Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to maximize individual and collective performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key stakeholders in the medical and healthcare sector.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with product management to provide market insights that drive product improvements and successful launches.
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient territory coverage and client management.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field; a medical or clinical background is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Jakarta/Indonesian market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, hospital procurement processes, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
