In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and deliver life-changing medical solutions to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining regional sales strategies, cultivating long-term partnerships with healthcare providers, and ensuring seamless product launches. You will act as a bridge between market needs and our product development teams, ensuring our offerings remain at the forefront of the medical industry. We are looking for a strategic thinker, a mentor, and a results-driven professional who thrives in a competitive and fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals to maximize individual and collective performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with key stakeholders in the medical and healthcare sector.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with product management to provide market insights that drive product improvements and successful launches.
  • Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient territory coverage and client management.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field; a medical or clinical background is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Jakarta/Indonesian market.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, hospital procurement processes, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
