As our Regional Sales Manager, you will serve as the commercial lead for the Mindanao region, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our distribution and revenue targets. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who excels in market expansion, data-driven decision-making, and fostering collaborative relationships with trade partners. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to drive volume and market share growth in Mindanao.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor field sales teams to ensure peak performance and adherence to corporate sales standards.
  • Manage distributor performance, inventory levels, and trade coverage to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data and regional market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and competitive advantage.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and wholesalers within the region.
  • Oversee the implementation of trade marketing programs and promotional activities at the point of sale.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market intelligence, and competitor activities to the National Sales Management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing regional operations and multi-channel distribution networks.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively across Mindanao for regional operations and outlet visits.
