Tanggung Jawab
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing regenerative medicine treatments and procedures
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions according to established protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, documenting all observations accurately
- Educate patients and families about regenerative medicine procedures, potential outcomes, and post-treatment care
- Maintain sterile environments and ensure adherence to infection control standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with advancements in regenerative medicine
Kualifikasi
- Valid nursing license with current registration in Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S.Kep) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in regenerative medicine or related field
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong knowledge of regenerative medicine principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
