Tanggung Jawab
- Provide holistic nursing care and support to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Monitor residents' health status, including vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the medical team immediately.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions accurately.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure the comfort and dignity of residents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols and safety regulations within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) license.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a nursing home, geriatric care, or hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of geriatric care, wound management, and chronic disease management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
