As a key member of our regulatory team, you will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting changes in food safety regulations, preparing and submitting regulatory documentation, and maintaining compliance records. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure our frozen food products meet all legal requirements, both domestically and in export markets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and interpret food safety regulations and industry standards
- Prepare and submit regulatory documentation for product approvals
- Maintain and update compliance records and documentation
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and audits from government agencies
- Research and implement new regulatory requirements for export markets
- Stay updated on changes in food safety legislation and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or compliance
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory documents
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with regulatory databases and documentation systems is a plus
