Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end product registration for cosmetics and health supplements with BPOM and other authorities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive regulatory documentation files (dossiers)
- Coordinate halal certification processes through MUI and other recognized bodies
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance procedures accordingly
- Liaise with government agencies during inspections and audits
- Train internal teams on regulatory requirements and compliance updates
- Prepare submissions for product renewals and license modifications
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in regulatory affairs within cosmetics/healthcare industry
- Deep understanding of Indonesian regulatory frameworks (BPOM, MUI, Halal certification)
- Proficient in regulatory documentation preparation and submission
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
