Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all product labels, formulations, and marketing materials comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations.
- Manage the registration and renewal processes for food products and ingredients.
- Coordinate with government agencies for permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals.
- Conduct thorough internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive documentation of regulatory filings and correspondence.
- Monitor legislative changes and provide timely updates to management regarding impacts on business operations.
- Provide expert guidance to the R&D team during the product development phase to ensure regulatory feasibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the F&B or FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local food labeling laws and Singapore regulatory frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with regulatory bodies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
