PT Youzan International Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. As a key player in our product compliance division, you'll spearhead the registration process for imported Japanese cosmetics and beauty supplements in Indonesia. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end product registration for imported Japanese cosmetics and beauty supplements with BPOM Indonesia
- Prepare and submit comprehensive regulatory dossiers ensuring compliance with Indonesian health regulations
- Monitor and interpret changes in BPOM regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to gather necessary documentation
- Conduct product labeling reviews to ensure compliance with local requirements
- Represent the company in communications with BPOM officials during submission and review processes
- Maintain updated regulatory documentation and compliance tracking systems
- Provide regulatory guidance for new product launches and formulation changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related health sciences field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs for cosmetics, supplements, or health products
- Proven track record of successfully registering products with BPOM Indonesia
- Deep understanding of Indonesian cosmetic and supplement regulations (BPOM guidelines)
- Proficiency in Japanese language (written and spoken) is highly advantageous
- Strong documentation skills with attention to regulatory detail
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
