In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the regulatory compliance of our cosmetic and personal care products. You will act as the primary point of contact for government authorities, ensuring that our product registrations are accurate, up-to-date, and fully compliant with Indonesian regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor the registration process of cosmetic products with the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM).
- Conduct comprehensive research on local and international regulatory changes affecting the beauty and personal care industry.
- Prepare and submit accurate product dossiers, technical data sheets, and labeling claims to regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate effectively with internal R&D, Quality Assurance, and Legal teams to address compliance issues and ensure product safety.
- Conduct internal compliance audits to ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and global standards.
- Maintain up-to-date records of product licenses, registrations, and expiration dates.
- Respond to inquiries from government agencies and other external stakeholders regarding product compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably within the cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG sector.
- Strong working knowledge of BPOM regulations, cosmetic product standards, and labeling requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex technical and legal documents accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with regulatory management software is highly preferred.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
