Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Analyze client financial statements and business operations to propose tailored credit facilities and financial solutions.
- Manage the full credit lifecycle, including credit assessment, proposal drafting, and approval processes.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively market the bank's products and services to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to advise clients on optimal financial strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as treasury, risk, and operations to provide seamless service to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Banking or Relationship Management within a financial institution.
- Strong knowledge of trade finance, working capital, and syndicated loan products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
