You will provide expert guidance on gold financing, strategic gold investments, and comprehensive wealth management solutions designed to preserve and grow client capital. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify, acquire, and develop high-net-worth (HNW) and financing clients to achieve business growth.
  • Provide professional advisory services regarding gold financing, gold investment portfolios, and wealth management strategies.
  • Nurture and maintain long-term, stable relationships with prestigious clients through exceptional service.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and business expansion goals.
  • Conduct market analysis on gold trends and global financial markets to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal investment teams to customize financial solutions based on client risk profiles.
  • Manage client documentation and ensure all transactions comply with financial regulations and company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Private Banking, or Wealth Management.
  • Proven track record in managing a portfolio of HNW individuals or corporate financing clients.
  • Deep understanding of the gold market, commodities, and wealth preservation products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is highly preferred to serve the specific target client demographic.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex financial products simply.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
