- Handle 500–800 daily inbound/outbound calls with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed call logs and customer interaction records
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
- Continuously improve product knowledge and communication techniques
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of BPO/call center experience
- Fluent English communication (verbal/written)
