- Manage and convert qualified sales leads across Southeast Asia with emphasis on Indonesian market
- Conduct comprehensive design consultations to understand client needs and preferences
- Develop compelling interior design proposals aligned with client budgets and aesthetic requirements
- Coordinate with Singapore-based design teams for seamless project execution
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and local market dynamics
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Contribute to sales strategy development and performance tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in interior design sales or client-facing design roles
- Proven track record in lead conversion and sales achievement
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse interior design projects
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently in remote team environment
- Understanding of Southeast Asian design preferences and market trends
