Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting systems and dashboards for the lending sector from the ground up.
- Analyze complex financial data to generate actionable insights and accurate performance metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting modules and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to identify reporting needs and solutions.
- Create and present regular reports to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies or technical issues within reporting tools.
- Optimize existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accessibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or a similar role within the banking or lending industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule while maintaining high productivity levels.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information clearly.
