- Plan, execute, and document comprehensive R&D activities for product enhancement and innovation
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate new materials, processes, and technologies
- Analyze experimental data and prepare detailed technical reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams for seamless integration
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to packaging solutions
- Develop cost-effective prototypes while maintaining strict quality and safety standards
- Identify opportunities for product optimization and sustainability improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D within manufacturing or packaging industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in experimental design and data interpretation
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in CAD software and laboratory testing equipment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
