You will oversee the entire R&D processāfrom conceptual ideation and material sourcing to prototyping and final production integration. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the R&D team to execute end-to-end product development strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging furniture design trends and consumer needs.
- Oversee the design, technical drawing, and prototyping process for new product launches.
- Optimize product designs for manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and quality consistency.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-quality, sustainable materials for production.
- Manage the product testing phase to ensure compliance with industry safety and durability standards.
- Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful product deployment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an R&D or Product Development management role within the furniture or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp) and technical drawing.
- Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, joinery, and material science.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines.
- Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
