Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic research and experimentation to develop new product concepts.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to safety and quality standards.
- Analyze raw materials and final product prototypes to ensure consistency and performance.
- Document all research findings, testing procedures, and results in detailed technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback into product design iterations.
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Assist in the scale-up process from laboratory bench to full-scale production.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an R&D or laboratory environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in technical reporting and data analysis software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work under a contract-based engagement with potential for growth.
