Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end product development process from initial ideation and feasibility studies to final commercialization.
  • Conduct benchtop trials and pilot plant testing to develop new food products and enhance existing formulations.
  • Maintain precise technical documentation, including batch records, product specifications, and process manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and shelf-life testing to ensure product consistency and quality standards.
  • Stay current with emerging food science trends, regulatory requirements, and raw material advancements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to marketing and sales teams regarding product capabilities and nutrition profiles.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in food R&D or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of food chemistry, processing technologies, and ingredient functionality.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple product development streams simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in food safety standards, GMP, and regulatory compliance protocols (FDA/local standards).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and technical report writing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
