In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliant development and successful launch of our innovative cosmetic and skincare products. You will serve as the bridge between scientific innovation and market application, ensuring that every formulation meets the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance.
Your expertise will drive our product development lifecycle, from initial concept and formulation trials to final quality assurance and commercial launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including formulation chemists, quality assurance personnel, and marketing experts, to bring cutting-edge beauty solutions to the Filipino market. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end Research and Development process for cosmetic and skincare formulations, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., ASEAN Cosmetic Directive) throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct rigorous stability testing, quality control analyses, and performance evaluations to guarantee product safety and efficacy.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to scale up formulations while maintaining product integrity and quality.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
- Maintain detailed documentation of formulation recipes, test results, and regulatory submissions.
- Participate in product launch meetings and provide technical support during commercialization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in R&D within the cosmetic, personal care, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory bodies and compliance standards for cosmetic products.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment, analytical techniques, and formulation software.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
