Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute experiments investigating autophagy/mitophagy mechanisms in cancer models
- Perform advanced molecular biology techniques including cell culture, CRISPR editing, and protein analysis
- Analyze complex datasets using bioinformatics tools and statistical methods
- Contribute to manuscript preparation and presentation of research findings
- Maintain laboratory protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on grant applications and project planning
- Stay current with emerging literature in cellular biology and cancer research
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience in molecular techniques
- Strong understanding of autophagy/mitophagy pathways and cellular stress responses
- Proficiency in cell culture, Western blotting, immunofluorescence, and microscopy
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., ImageJ, GraphPad Prism)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaborative research settings
- Prior publication record in peer-reviewed journals is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
