Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily laboratory operations and ensure smooth workflow for virology and organ retrieval projects.
- Maintain strict adherence to biosafety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Assist in the collection, processing, and analysis of biological samples and research data.
- Support the development and implementation of Machine Learning (ML4) models for disease prediction and research optimization.
- Document experimental procedures and maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and innovate research methodologies.
- Conduct routine quality control checks and inventory management for laboratory supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biological Sciences, Virology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong background in molecular biology techniques and virology assays.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data handling.
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and data analytics tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes research environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and work with potentially hazardous biological materials.
