Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute experiments for the fabrication of perovskite thin-film solar cells.
- Perform advanced characterization techniques, including XRD, SEM, and UV-Vis spectroscopy, to analyze material properties.
- Optimize device architecture to improve power conversion efficiency (PCE) and long-term environmental stability.
- Maintain detailed laboratory records and document findings for peer-reviewed publications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to scale up fabrication processes.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and cleanroom facilities.
- Present research progress and technical findings at group meetings and departmental seminars.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong background in thin-film deposition techniques (spin coating, evaporation, or slot-die coating).
- Proven experience in photovoltaic device testing and characterization.
- Familiarity with glovebox operations and moisture-sensitive material handling.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., OriginLab, Python, or MATLAB).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Prior experience in perovskite research or related optoelectronics is highly preferred.
