- Conduct experiments with photopolymers and document findings systematically
- Analyze research data and prepare detailed reports for the research team
- Assist in developing new photopolymer formulations with specific properties
- Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with senior researchers on interdisciplinary projects
- Prepare samples and specimens for testing and characterization
- Stay current with scientific literature and advancements in polymer chemistry
- Present research findings at team meetings and potentially at conferences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Strong foundation in polymer chemistry and materials characterization techniques
- Knowledge of photopolymer synthesis, properties, and applications
- Experience with laboratory equipment including spectrometers, rheometers, and thermal analyzers
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in experimental work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
