Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute laboratory experiments focusing on material synthesis, characterization, and testing.
- Operate and maintain sophisticated analytical equipment, including SEM, XRD, and thermal analysis tools.
- Analyze experimental data using statistical software and prepare detailed reports for project leads and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize materials for industrial decarbonization applications.
- Contribute to the drafting of research papers, grant proposals, and scientific presentations.
- Monitor and manage inventory of laboratory consumables and chemicals while maintaining strict safety protocols.
- Assist in the supervision and mentorship of junior team members or undergraduate students.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in materials characterization and synthesis processes.
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles and current decarbonization research trends.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or OriginLab).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a track record of technical report writing.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic research environment.
