Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to support ongoing accounting and finance research initiatives.
- Collect, clean, and manage large datasets from financial databases like Bloomberg, WRDS, and Compustat.
- Perform sophisticated statistical analysis and econometrics using software such as Stata, R, or Python.
- Assist in the drafting and formatting of research papers for submission to top-tier accounting journals.
- Coordinate with faculty members to design research experiments and survey instruments.
- Manage project timelines to ensure academic milestones and publication deadlines are met.
- Contribute to the organization of academic seminars, workshops, and research conferences within the School of Accountancy.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree or PhD in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Proficiency in statistical software packages (Stata, R, Python, or SAS).
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong academic writing skills.
- Prior experience in research assistance or academic writing is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse academic environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of integrity in data management and ethical research practices.
