- Lead and manage the overall Research & Development strategy and innovation initiatives.
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing R&D team to achieve technical excellence.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies and trends.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to optimize production processes and product quality.
- Ensure all R&D activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and intellectual property laws.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and proposals for executive stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D management, product development, or a similar technical leadership role.
