Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting thorough research and laboratory testing to improve existing product quality and performance.
- Developing new product prototypes and iterating designs based on technical feedback and market requirements.
- Collaborating with the production team to streamline manufacturing processes and ensure operational efficiency.
- Documenting R&D activities, experiment results, and technical reports for stakeholder review.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for innovation.
- Ensuring all R&D projects comply with safety, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
- Assisting in the sourcing and evaluation of raw materials to optimize cost and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an R&D or technical role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technical software related to product development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, QC/QA).
