Tanggung Jawab
- Design, plan, and execute experimental research on heterogeneous and homogeneous catalysis systems to convert small molecules into valuable chemicals.
- Analyze complex chemical data using advanced spectroscopic and analytical techniques to optimize reaction pathways and selectivity.
- Develop and troubleshoot catalytic reactors and processes, ensuring efficient and scalable production methods.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate catalytic solutions into broader process development frameworks.
- Document research findings, prepare technical reports, and contribute to the publication of results in high-impact scientific journals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of catalytic materials, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Catalysis or Materials Science.
- Strong background in catalysis theory, reaction kinetics, and thermodynamics.
- Proven experience in experimental techniques such as XRD, BET, TEM, or FTIR.
- Familiarity with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a laboratory setting while contributing to team projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and presentations.
