- Design and develop innovative surface engineering and pre-treatment processes for various industrial applications
- Conduct thorough research on surface characterization and interface phenomena to optimize material properties

Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Strong expertise in surface engineering, interface science, and material characterization techniques
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing pre-treatment processes for industrial applications
- Research experience in sustainable manufacturing or environmentally friendly processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
