Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of BEOL furnace processes for advanced interconnects and 3D integration technologies.
- Perform rigorous process characterization, modeling, and simulation to enhance yield, device performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including equipment vendors, process integration engineers, and design teams.
- Troubleshoot complex process issues and implement corrective actions to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Author technical reports, patents, and peer-reviewed publications to disseminate research findings and contribute to scientific knowledge.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to resolve critical production or research anomalies.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance technical culture within the group.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience in semiconductor process engineering, specifically within Back-End-of-Line (BEOL) furnace operations and advanced packaging.
- Strong understanding of damascene processes, barrier/liner deposition, and CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) techniques.
- Proven track record in process development for photonics or 3D integration applications.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), and failure analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical data to diverse audiences.
