Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize CMP and APM processes for advanced semiconductor manufacturing nodes.
- Conduct experimental design (DOE) and data analysis to improve process yield, uniformity, and defectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process integration challenges and equipment issues.
- Perform in-situ and ex-situ metrology to monitor process performance and tool health.
- Document experimental results, generate technical reports, and contribute to patent filings or publications.
- Maintain and calibrate process equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in semiconductor fabrication, specifically in CMP or surface planarization processes.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor process physics, chemistry, and materials science.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and process simulation software (e.g., Silvaco, Sentaurus, MATLAB).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a research laboratory and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
