We are seeking a talented Research Engineer or Senior Research Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge silicon photonics applications. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of silicon photonics process flows, including lithography, etching, and thin-film deposition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex process integration issues within the cleanroom environment to ensure high device yield and reliability.
- Analyze experimental data and perform rigorous characterization of optical and electrical device performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including device engineers, material scientists, and project managers.
- Maintain detailed documentation of process parameters, recipes, and experimental results to support knowledge management.
- Contribute to the exploration and implementation of novel process techniques for future photonic integrated circuits.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in semiconductor device fabrication, specifically within silicon photonics or optoelectronics.
- Strong hands-on experience with photolithography equipment, cleanroom operations, and process integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, fast-paced research team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and presentations.
