Tanggung Jawab
- Design, plan, and execute independent and collaborative research projects in advanced elastomer chemistry and polymer composites.
- Synthesize novel elastomeric materials and fabricate polymer composites with tailored properties.
- Conduct comprehensive characterization of materials using advanced analytical techniques (e.g., rheology, spectroscopy, microscopy, thermal analysis).
- Analyze and interpret complex experimental data, draw scientific conclusions, and contribute to the generation of new hypotheses.
- Prepare high-quality research manuscripts for submission to top-tier peer-reviewed international journals and present findings at conferences.
- Contribute actively to the development of research proposals, grant applications, and secure external funding.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide junior researchers, graduate students, and interns within the laboratory.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure proper documentation, and adhere strictly to safety protocols and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- A PhD in Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience in elastomer chemistry, polymer synthesis, and characterization techniques.
- Proficiency in a wide range of analytical instruments such as Rheometers, DMA, DSC, TGA, FTIR, NMR, SEM, and TEM.
- A strong track record of scientific publications in reputable international journals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and a strong commitment to experimental research.
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary research team.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, suitable for academic publication and presentation.
- Prior experience with composite materials, sustainable polymers, or advanced manufacturing techniques for elastomers is highly advantageous.
