- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum information theory and resource models
- Develop theoretical frameworks for quantum thermodynamics and non-equilibrium processes
- Collaborate with experimental teams to validate theoretical predictions
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings
- Secure external research funding through competitive grant proposals
- Mentor graduate students and junior researchers in quantum methodologies

Kualifikasi
- PhD in Physics, Quantum Information, or related quantitative field
- Strong publication record in quantum information or thermodynamics
- Expertise in quantum resource theories (entanglement, coherence, etc.)
- Proficiency in quantum many-body systems and open quantum dynamics
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and mathematical modeling skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
