Tanggung Jawab
- Lead research and development (R&D) initiatives for new cosmetic formulations and product lines.
- Conduct comprehensive product testing, including stability, efficacy, and safety assessments.
- Develop and optimize raw material selections to improve product performance and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify innovation opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international cosmetic regulations and safety standards.
- Cross-functional coordination with marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Document all research findings, formulations, and test results in detailed technical reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience in R&D within the cosmetic or personal care manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and stability testing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex formulation issues.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; proficiency in written communication is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., BPOM) is a strong plus.
