Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute high-quality laboratory experiments in alignment with HWP Lab research objectives.
- Perform advanced molecular biology techniques, including PCR, Western Blotting, cell culture, and flow cytometry.
- Maintain detailed experimental records, analyze data sets, and assist in the interpretation of research findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline translational workflows and project timelines.
- Operate and maintain specialized lab equipment, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, and visual presentations for internal project reviews and external publications.
- Provide training and support to junior lab members or interns as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in molecular and cell biology techniques in an academic or industrial laboratory setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, R, or Python).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical reporting and collaborative work.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively contributing to a dynamic team environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing concurrent research tasks.
