Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, fabrication, and characterization of advanced quantum sensors specifically for defence and security applications.
- Develop novel theoretical models and conduct rigorous experimental validation to improve sensor sensitivity and accuracy.
- Optimize quantum measurement protocols to detect subtle signals in complex environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and data scientists, to integrate quantum sensors into larger systems.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, grant proposals, and manuscripts for publication in top-tier scientific journals.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies such as superconducting circuits or photonics for sensing applications.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD students, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous scientific inquiry.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-doctoral experience in quantum sensing, quantum optics, or superconducting circuits.
- Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications in relevant scientific fields.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB for data analysis and simulation.
- Familiarity with cleanroom processes, cryogenic systems, or laser interfacing is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple research priorities, and adapt to fast-paced R&D environments.
