Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute innovative thermal oxidation and annealing experiments for advanced semiconductor materials
- Develop and optimize processes for next-generation optical components and sensor technologies
- Analyze experimental data using advanced characterization techniques (SEM, TEM, XRD, AFM)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate research findings into practical applications
- Lead research projects and mentor junior scientists in experimental methodologies
- Document research outcomes through technical reports and peer-reviewed publications
- Stay current with emerging trends in semiconductor materials and processing technologies
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Strong expertise in thermal oxidation and annealing processes for semiconductor materials
- Proven experience with materials characterization techniques and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to design complex experimental protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- For Senior positions: 5+ years of research leadership and project management experience
- Track record of publications in high-impact scientific journals
