Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct initial patient assessments, medical history taking, and physical examinations for inpatients and outpatients.
- Formulate and execute patient management plans in collaboration with Specialist Doctors and Consultants.
- Monitor patient progress, interpret diagnostic test results, and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
- Provide emergency medical support and act as part of the rapid response team during critical clinical situations.
- Document medical records accurately, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and standard medical procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and contribute to clinical decision-making processes.
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence in accordance with Siloam Hospitals' protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Medical Degree (Profesi Dokter) from an accredited university.
- Must hold a valid Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) active and in good standing.
- Proven clinical experience as a Resident Medical Officer or general practitioner in a hospital setting is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple clinical tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English (to support international patient care).
- Strong attention to detail, high ethical standards, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Willingness to work in shift rotations as required by hospital operations.
