Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to company standards
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and improve overall dining experience
- Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales and customer loyalty
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, costs, and labor metrics
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food presentation and service standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar establishment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
