Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze retail insurance applications to assess risk factors and determine appropriate coverage terms.
- Prepare and process portfolio data accurately using internal systems and databases.
- Ensure all underwriting activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update client records to reflect current policy status and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide underwriting support and advice.
- Identify potential risks and recommend strategies to mitigate exposure.
- Assist in the development of underwriting guidelines and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
- Understanding of basic insurance principles and risk management concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new underwriting systems.
