Staffinc Group is looking for a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Tebing Tinggi, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping local businesses modernize their payment systems by promoting and installing the innovative QRIS Soundbox solution. We are seeking individuals with a passion for sales and customer service who are eager to help Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) thrive in the digital economy.
Your primary focus will be on identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and ensuring seamless hardware and software installation. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities with local UMKM and retailers in Tebing Tinggi.
- Conduct product demonstrations to explain the benefits and features of the QRIS Soundbox.
- Perform site surveys and install the Soundbox hardware and register merchants on the payment platform.
- Assist clients with the setup of their mobile POS terminals and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage adoption of additional services.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and digital payment technologies.
- Valid SIM A driver’s license (preferred, as the role involves field visits).
- Residing in or willing to travel within Tebing Tinggi, Sumatera Utara.
- Degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
