Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine venipuncture and capillary blood collection using aseptic techniques and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during the specimen collection process, providing clear instructions.
- Accurately label, process, and store blood specimens to maintain chain of custody and integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the daily inventory management of laboratory supplies and consumables.
- Collaborate effectively with laboratory technologists and nurses to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle patient inquiries and records with professionalism and confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) or Certified Phlebotomist with a valid license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or diagnostic setting.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, phlebotomy procedures, and specimen handling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a valid government ID (e.g., UMID, SSS, BIR ID) and PhilHealth ID.
