PT Universal Steelindo Dinamika is a premier leader in the steel manufacturing industry, committed to operational excellence and high-quality production standards. We are currently seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and safety-conscious Rolling Mill Incharge to join our production facility in Mojokerto.
As the Rolling Mill Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the rolling mill production line. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and the plant operates at peak efficiency. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possesses deep expertise in steel rolling processes, mechanical maintenance, and team management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily rolling mill production activities to ensure optimal throughput and efficiency.
- Monitor the performance of rolling mill machinery and equipment, performing routine inspections to prevent downtime.
- Manage and lead a team of operators and technicians, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Implement and enforce strict Quality Control (QC) measures to ensure product compliance with industry specifications.
- Conduct regular safety audits and promote a culture of workplace safety (K3) among production staff.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on the production line and coordinate with the engineering team for major repairs.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Optimize material usage and minimize scrap rates through continuous process improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a Rolling Mill or steel manufacturing facility.
- In-depth knowledge of steel rolling processes, mill setup, and calibration.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety regulations and manufacturing best practices.
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a production team in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence.
- Willingness to work in shifts and be based in Mojokerto, Jawa Timur.
