PT Harkha Putra Indonesia is seeking a highly vigilant and proactive Safety Officer to join our team in Karawang. As a key member of our operational excellence team, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) to ensure a zero-accident workplace. You will play a critical role in mitigating operational risks, enforcing safety protocols, and fostering a culture of safety awareness among all personnel on the production floor.
We are looking for a professional dedicated to continuous improvement and strict compliance with national safety regulations. Your primary focus will be to identify hazards, lead safety briefings, and ensure that every employee returns home safely at the end of their shift. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate daily operational activities to ensure compliance with K3 regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and site audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate safety induction programs and regular training sessions for employees and contractors.
- Manage the documentation of safety reports, incident investigations, and risk assessments (HIRADC).
- Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is properly utilized and maintained by staff.
- Lead emergency response drills and maintain safety equipment inventory.
- Collaborate with management to update safety procedures based on evolving industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess a valid K3 Umum (General OHS) Certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar industrial role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and safety regulations (UU K3).
- Proficient in conducting risk assessments and incident root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and train staff at all levels.
- Willing to be based in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
