Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, and clinic procurement teams.
- Actively prospect for new leads and identify potential business opportunities within the Denpasar Barat and surrounding areas.
- Provide detailed demonstrations and presentations of medical equipment to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sales customer support.
- Stay updated on the latest medical industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably related to Health, Biology, or Marketing.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and own a reliable vehicle.
- Target-oriented mindset with a resilient attitude toward challenges.
- Based in or willing to be stationed in Denpasar Barat, Bali.
