Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve company revenue targets and market share growth in the industrial automation industry.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, conducting regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by developing relationships with key stakeholders in the manufacturing and technical sectors.
  • Collaborate with the technical product team to create compelling sales presentations, brochures, and digital marketing content.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and optimize sales performance.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, overseeing campaigns across various digital and offline channels.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong background in selling technical products or services, specifically within the industrial automation, robotics, or machinery sector.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and drive results in a competitive B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
