Primary Medical Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales & Application Specialist to join our Cardiology division in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary bridge between our cutting-edge cardiovascular medical devices and the healthcare professionals who rely on them. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives while ensuring optimal clinical outcomes by providing expert technical training and hands-on application support.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the cardiovascular landscape. You will identify market opportunities, cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and provide high-level clinical guidance in cath labs and operating rooms. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the cardiology product portfolio.
- Provide expert clinical application support and training to physicians, nurses, and technicians during procedures.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops for hospital staff to ensure safe and effective device utilization.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with cardiologists, department heads, and procurement decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market share.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and clinical evaluation to contract negotiation and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to organize medical seminars, webinars, and trade shows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a relevant health science field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales or clinical application support, specifically within cardiology or interventional radiology.
- Strong clinical knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and related medical devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to medical professionals.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships in the healthcare sector.
- Ability to travel frequently to support hospital accounts across Jakarta and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.
